NIHR Coordinated System for gaining NHS Permission - NIHR CSP

NHS Permission (R&D Approval) for studies eligible for the NIHR Portfolio is gained using the new NIHR Coordinated System for gaining NHS Permission – NIHR CSP. All NHS Trusts within the Norfolk and Suffolk CLRN are now operating the system. Access information about NIHR CSP and guidance on how to apply here. Please contact you local R&D Office for help with making an application.

Honorary Research Contracts, Research Passports and Letters of Access

A new system has come into place to streamline the arrangements for researchers working across NHS organisation. National guidance on the new arrangements is available on the NIHR website. Local contact points for those applying for honorary research contracts or letters of access are available here.
