Model agreement for non-commercial research in the NHS

The UKCRC has been working with a range of stakeholders, and in particular the Council of Heads of Medical Schools (CHMS), the Department of Health, the Medical Research Council (MRC) and the NHS R&D Forum, over the course of the last year to develop a model agreement for non-commercial research in the NHS. 

It has now reached a point where UKCRC believe that the drafting of the clauses reflects the consensus view and that there is an almost final version of the document. Consequently, UKCRC is now seeking any last comments on the draft agreement.

The draft agreement, further information about its development and the rationale for the drafting of some of the clauses are available on the UKCRC website.
