CRC Cymru has developed a comprehensive training and education programme for research staff in Wales who are working with or associated with CRC Cymru research. In addition to this training programme individuals in Wales involved in UKCRC initiatives can also access the UKCRN training programme and in return UKCRN researchers are eligible for CRC Cymru training which can be accessed via the CRC Cymru website at www.crc-cymru.wales.nhs.uk. Individuals working on studies within the Scottish porftolio are eligible to attend UKCRN training courses. Please contact the relevant Scottish Research Network, Clinical Trials Unit or NHS R&D Office. The issue of training for Scottish researchers is currently under discussion with the aim of ensuring appropriate support is available.
